Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate was the selling broker of a .79 acre property at 135 Pearl St., Burlington. The buyer Meron Properties will be offering the first location of a Papa John’s Pizza in Vermont opening November 1, 2006. Tony Blake of V/T Commercial was the listing broker.
