Mexicali Restaurant At Maple Tree Place
 John J. Rao, III and Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate (863-8210) were the leasing agents for 3,520 SF at Maple Tree Place, Williston. Mexicali Restaurant is the new tenant, located on the corner of the green, opposite the Majestic 10 Theater. This will be a new, larger location for Mexicali, who will be joining a multitude of local and national retailers at Maple Tree Place.


The Flower Market At Maple Tree Place
 John J. Rao, III and Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate (863-8210) were the leasing agents for 1,227 SF at Maple Tree Place, Williston. The Flower Market is the new tenant, located next to Christmas Tree Shops and Yankee Candle. This will be a full-service florist, offering gifts, accessories, delivery, and custom flower arrangements, and will be a welcome addition to Maple Tree Place.


Judith P. Dunn, CPA At Victoria Place
 Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate was the leasing agent for 275 SF of office space, located at Victoria Place, adjacent to historic Bove’s Restaurant on Pearl Street in Burlington. Judith P. Dunn, CPA is the new tenant, bringing her years of accounting experience to the greater Burlington market.


JK Jewelry At Shelburne Bay Plaza
 Yves Bradley and Charlie Poulin of Pomerleau Real Estate were the leasing agents for 1,240 SF at Shelburne Bay Plaza, Shelburne. JK Jewelry is the new tenant, bringing a new and special jewelry experience to the Shelburne Road community.


Predatorwear At 66 Church Street
 Yves Bradley and Steve Donahue of Pomerleau Real Estate were the leasing agents for 4,200 SF of retail space, located at 66 Church Street, Burlington, adjacent to Kiss the Cook and Fremeau Jewelers. The new tenant will be Predatorwear, offering cutting-edge outerwear designs, and Aeryx clothing and accessories.
