The Tenant is Arthur Hynes Photography. Professional photography office opened February 1, 2008. Congratulations to Hynes photography on their new location.

 Yves E. Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate was the listing and leasing agent in the 632 SF space located at 308 Pine Street, Burlington, The Kilburn and Gates Building. The tenant is Verve Editions, who are a specialty publishing company.


9 Center Street
 Yves E. Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate was the listing and leasing agent of the 1,276 SF space at 9 Center Street, Burlington, formerly the Burlington Army/Navy store. The new owners plan to open the new Vietnamese Café/Retail store April 1, 2008. This will be the second venture by the Khanh family, who also own Sweet Thing. Located at 101 Church Street.

 Yves E. Bradley and Justin Martin of Pomerleau Real Estate were the leasing agents of the 7,844 SF space located at 273 Commerce Street, Williston. The tenants are Environmental Products and Services of Vermont, Inc. VT EPS Esther Lotz was the listing agent.


Omnicare, Inc.
Yves E. Bradley and Charlie Poulin of Pomerleau Real Estate were the listing agents in the 5,000 SF space located at 113 Acorn Lane, Colchester. The tenant is Omnicare, Inc. which is a Pharmaceutical company. Dan Piskadillo of Equis was the leasing broker.


Magic Hat
Yves E. Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate and Linda LeTourneau of Redstone were the leasing agents of the 3,059 SF space located at 431 Pine Street, Burlington, The Maltex Building. The tenants are Magic Hat Brewing Company who will use the space as general office/marketing.

 Yves E. Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate was the selling agent of the 3.5 +/- acres of land to be subdivided from the existing Montpelier Elks Club property, 203 Country Club Dr, Montpelier. The buyer is Jeff Hutchins. John Biondolillo of BCK Real Estate was the listing agent..
