 Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate was the leading agent in the 5,000 SF space located at Unit 7 Hillside Park, 276 East Allen Street, Winooski. The Tenant is Samosaman Natural Foods who plans to open September 1, 2008. Pomerleau Real Estate and Hillside Properties are proud to announce the new home for Samosaman creating new jobs in Winooski.


The Vermont Democratic Party
 Yves Bradley and John Rao III of Pomerleau Real Estate were the listing brokers of the 4,000 SF space located 191 Bank Street, Burlington. The new tenants are The Vermont Democratic Party. The opened June 1, 2008. Bill Kiendel of V/T Commercial was the leasing agent.


Snap Fitness
 Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate was the listing and leasing agent of the 3,000 SF space located at The Berlin Shopping Center, Berlin. The new tenants are Snap Fitness. They opened May 2008. Snap Fitness offers 24-hour card access fitness club with tanning and massage.


U.S. General Services Administration
 Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate and Steve Donahue of Donahue Associates were the listing agents of the 19,761 SF space located at White Cap Business Park, 426 Industrial Avenue, Williston. The new tenants are the U.S. General Services Administration. Yves Bradley and Rob Brunton of Studley Associates were the leasing agents.


The Maltex Building
 Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate and Linda LeTourneau of Redstone were the listing agents of the 2,455 SF space located at The Maltex Building, 431 Pine Street, Suits 314 and 314 A, Burlington. Doug Nedde of Redstone was the leasing agent.

Eustis Cable Enterprises

The tenants are Eustis Cable Enterprises. Eustis Cable Enterprises are subcontractors to Burlington Telecom. Tony Shaw of Donahue and Associates was the leasing agent.

 Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate and Linda LeTourneau of Redstone were the listing agents of the 1,548 SF space located at The Maltex Building, Suite G-01, 431 Pine Street, Burlington. The new tenants are Cedar Wood Chiropractic with Dr. Suzy Harris. They plan to open July 2008. Ester Lotz and Sarah Harrington of Remax North Professionals were the leasing agents. The new tenants are Mark Bennet Classic Cars, LTD, a classic car sales and repair shop. They open August 1, 2008. Pat Malone of Malone Properties was the listing agent.
