The building is incredibly efficient (93% energy star rating), has full back-up power, offers geo-thermal cooling, and every conceivable modern amenity and security feature.  There are a total of 775 parking spaces on-site, and the upper floors offer commanding views of Lake Champlain, the Adirondacks, Hill Section, and City of Burlington.
